It incorporates cutting edge green design for new construction, historic preservation and planning. The project had to adhere to Federal and States tax credits for Brownfield development, waterfront cultural attractions, and complex local and State zoning requirements. The development would be developed by phases, the major residential development of a unique 16-acre island site is expected to be a major portion of development.
